Who can open an account

Trade accounts are for registered businesses in the automotive trade: wrap and PPF installers, workshops, detailers and dealers. You'll need a valid ABN. We approve accounts at our discretion and may ask for more details.

Trade pricing

Approved accounts pay trade prices. Wrap film is $749.95 a roll instead of $849.95, with better pricing on larger or regular orders by agreement. Trade prices are for your business use and resale through your own work, and aren't to be published or passed on to other suppliers.

First roll at trade price

Workshops can buy their first roll of wrap film at the trade price without an account. It's limited to one roll per ABN, and the business name and ABN must be real and match the buyer. After that, a trade account keeps the trade price on every order.

Payment

Trade orders are paid up front, by card online or by bank transfer before dispatch, unless we've agreed account terms with you in writing. Overdue accounts may be put on hold.

Retention of title

Goods stay the property of Capo Customs until paid for in full. Until then you hold them on our behalf, and we may register our interest on the Personal Property Securities Register. If payment isn't made, we may recover the goods.

Orders, returns and claims

Our shipping, returns and warranty policies apply to trade orders. Check deliveries promptly and report any shortage or damage within 2 business days. Report invoice queries within 7 days.

Changes and closing accounts

We may change trade prices with notice. Orders you've already confirmed keep their agreed price. We may close an account that's misused, for example by reselling at trade price or sharing account access. You can close yours any time by contacting capocustomgc@gmail.com or 0434 500 460.
