About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Capo Customs (ABN 31 337 275 367). By placing an order you agree to them, along with our shipping, returns and warranty policies. Business customers with a trade account also agree to our trade terms.

Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout or on your accepted quote. If we list something at an obviously wrong price, we'll contact you before processing the order and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email or ship it. If something turns out to be unavailable, we'll tell you straight away and refund anything you've paid for it.

Payment

Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Quoted orders are paid as set out on the quote. Made-to-order wheels need a 50% deposit, with the balance due before shipping.

Ownership and risk

Goods remain ours until they're paid for in full. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they're delivered.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Factory paint references are close matches, not exact matches, and screens show colours differently, so order a swatch if the shade matters. Car makes and models are mentioned only to show fitment. Our products aren't made or endorsed by any car maker.

Fitting and legality

Wheels and film should be fitted by a qualified installer. Wheel sizes we mark for track use are outside the Australian limits for road use (VSB 14) on that car. They're for track, off-road or show cars, and fitting them to a registered road car needs engineering approval. Telling us about modifications is your responsibility, and changes made after delivery are at your own risk.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows, our liability for goods that aren't ordinarily bought for personal or household use is limited to replacing or repairing the goods, or refunding what you paid for them.

Website use

Content on this site, including text, photos, swatches and design, belongs to Capo Customs or is used with permission. Don't copy it for commercial use without asking. Don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break its security or submitting false requests.

General
